The prenup, described by one entertainment lawyer as "unusually specific about pets," has leaked to three outlets simultaneously — a coordinated release that insiders say was not accidental.
Among the provisions reportedly included: the dog stays with her regardless of circumstances, the Malibu property reverts to her after three years, and he is prohibited from appearing on any reality television program featuring her name or likeness for a period of five years.
"That last clause is the one everyone is talking about," a source close to the couple told SPILL24. "It was clearly written after a very specific conversation."
